On 17th August Google is updating backend bidding target optimization for "limited by budget" campaigns.

Notifications start on 6th July. Google Ads recommends that you review your historical performance and adjust your targets before the deadline.

Google also says that it can affect performance. So we should take this seriously and take action to adjust your CPAs or ROAS targets.
