Newsletter Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the monthly paid newsletter offered by AdSea Innovations S.L. (CIF B23945652), operating through thomaseccel.com.

What you get

A monthly Google Ads newsletter delivered digitally on the 1st of each month (and up to the 5th for new subscribers). Each edition contains curated Google Ads updates, personal commentary, and actionable insights for PPC professionals.

Billing

The subscription is billed per month including VAT (if applicable), charged automatically on the same date each month via your chosen payment method. A VAT invoice is available upon request — provide your company name and VAT number when adding to card.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to that month's edition until the period expires. No further charges are made after cancellation. You can cancel anytime.

Refund policy

All subscription charges are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle has been charged, no refund is issued for that period regardless of usage. This includes cases where the subscriber forgets to cancel before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid an unwanted charge.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this subscription within 14 days of your first purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact contact@thomaseccel.com before the newsletter edition has been delivered to you. Once the digital content has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

Changes to the subscription

AdSea Innovations S.L. reserves the right to modify the price or content of the newsletter subscription. Any price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
